Villa Moreno

Villa Polat is located in Kusadasi Bayraklidede area and has a 430m2 usage area and has a shared pool. It is located within walking distance of the city center.

Our villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, with a total capacity of 100 square meters for 4 people in the living room with an L armchair dining table and a TV air conditioner.

Seating group on the ground floor, dining table for 8 people. There is a TV, air conditioning and kitchen, bathroom and large terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 of which have a private bathroom and there is also an additional bathroom and WC in the common area.

On the terrace floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, air conditioning and a private sunbathing area.

It is located on a slope with a magnificent view next to the smell of the sea. There is a barbecue on the balcony of our villa. There is a private parking area. At the lower floor entrance, access to the bedroom is provided with a stepless entrance. Stairs are used between floors.

All rooms have air conditioning. You will have the opportunity to sunbathe and have fun in the garden by enjoying the American kitchen, kitchen dining table, sun lounger  dining table for 6 people, umbrella and the pool in the garden. Working hours of the pool in our villa are between 10:00-20:00.

With its location close to the city center, restaurants, aquaparks, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine, and enjoy the entertainment in the city center and night clubs where famous artists take the stage.

Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee and exclude the exit cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wifi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams are disinfected with professional equipment before cleaning and after cleaning.
