Villa Serin

Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, pool and garden maintenance expenses are included. No payment will be requested for them.

For this villa, deposit price is  500 TL. While you are entering the villa, you can pay. The price is going to return to you, when there is no damage is observed when you are leaving.

Our villas are cleaning once in a week. For stays of more than 1 week , free cleaning is available. For a 5 night stay,our cleaning price is 2000 TL.

Villas are regularly sprayed against to insects. Despte this, there is a possibility that there will be insects in the villas. This informationis not valid fort his villa, but for all villas in the nature.

Maintenance are doing once a day in the morning or evening, free of charge by the staff.
