The payment that you made to us (Bank transfer or cash) is not refundable, if you cancel your reservation before 30 days or less from your stay. We send this payment as a pre-payment for landlords. You need to pay in cash the other part of payment when you start your vacation at your villa. If you want to cancel your reservation when 30-15 days left for your stay, you need to pay half (%50) rest of the payment. If you won’t enter the villa or cancel your reservation when 14 days or less left to your stay, you need to pay full price. 

 

If the customer chooses to pay (Bank transfer or cash) the full price before the stay, starting from the payment date to 30 days before the stay, %35 of the payment is not refundable. Because that part will be paid to the landlord as a pre-payment. The rest (%65) of the payment will be refunded to the bank account that will provided by the customer, the expenses for money transfer will be taken from this payment. If you want to cancel your reservation 15-30 days before from your stay, %67.5 of your payment is not refundable. Because this date is too close to the reservation date and renting this villa to another customer has a low chance. The rest of the payment (%32.5) will be refunded to the bank account that will provided by the customer, the expenses for money transfer will be taken from this payment. If customer cancel the reservation when 14 days or less left to the stay date, the complete payment is non refundable, even the customer never visit or stay at the villa. 

 

In any reason of cancellation because of the Hellovillam, this situation will be explained to the customer and other similar and available villas will be suggested by our customer services. If customer didn’t agree on that, the full payment that taken from the customer will be refunded because of the compelling reason.

 

Also, some of our villas (Specified in villa details pages), there are some special payment requirements. For the villas that specified in details pages, customers might need to pay full price before the stay or when 30/60 days left to the stay. In those special villas, the price is non refundable even the customer cancel the reservation. 

 

Hellovillam has the right of renting the villa to another customer or not refunding pre-payment and cancelling the reservation in case of the customer didn’t made the payments in time. 

 

The customer can cancel their reservation with email, certified mail. It is not possible to cancel reservation via phone. The cancellation requests will be processed when the letter or email arrive Hellovillam.
