Sign up in the owner panel with your name, phone number and email. We ask for no documents at this stage.
Location, capacity, amenities, photos and the rates you want to work with. Save at any point and pick up where you left off.
Your account manager calls you, our field team inspects the villa on site and our copywriters prepare the listing content.
Once approved, your villa goes live and starts receiving booking requests.
What will happen when you add your villa?
Our copywriters study your villa and write to convert into bookings, not just to fill space.
Our field team has seen every villa we sell in person. That inspection is what backs the promise we make to guests.
Your villa is featured on our Instagram and Facebook accounts at regular intervals, at no extra cost.
We advise season by season, based on the rates that actually get booked. The final call is always yours.
Confirm-first: no booking is ever made behind your back
When a guest requests your villa, the owner is called before anything else happens.
If the calendar is open, those dates are put on a short hold while the guest decides.
Confirmed bookings are sent to the owner by email and SMS, and also appear in the owner panel.
Payment System
When a booking is confirmed, Hellovillam charges the agreed portion of the total to the guest by credit card.
Hellovillam transfers that amount to the owner's account on the booking dates.
The remaining balance and the security deposit are paid in cash by the guest to the owner at check-in.

Questions villa owners ask
Is there a fee for adding my villa?
No. Listing is free and there is no monthly fee. We work on commission and only charge once a booking is confirmed.
Who sets my calendar and my rates?
You do. We ask you before every booking and work with the nightly rate you enter in the panel. We suggest seasonal pricing, but the final decision is always yours.
What happens after I submit my villa?
An account manager gets in touch, our field team books an on-site inspection and our copywriters prepare the listing content. Once approved, your villa goes live.
Do you deal with the guests?
Yes. Requests, questions, holds, confirmations and payment collection are all handled by our consultants. What reaches you is a confirmed booking together with the guest details.
I have more than one villa, can I add them all?
Yes. You can keep as many villas as you like under a single owner account; each one is reviewed and published separately.
Can I temporarily take my villa off sale?
Yes. You can block dates or close the villa for sale at any time from the panel.
