Villa Kızıl is a luxurious accommodation option located in the Kızıltaş region of Kalkan, a popular holiday resort in Turkey, boasting magnificent sea and nature views. The villa includes many activity areas such as an indoor pool, children's pool, sports area, bar, double jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, billiards, and foosball, aiming to provide guests with an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Benefiting from its central location, Villa Kızıl is only 1 km from Kalkan center, offering easy access to restaurants, beaches, and shopping areas. It offers an ideal holiday atmosphere for those who want to experience peace and entertainment together.
Living Room: Our living room is equipped with a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, coffee table, and satellite receiver. You have direct access to the pool terrace of our villa.
Kitchen: Our modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, four-burner hob, microwave, and kettle. There is also a dining table for 8 people, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be possible with the owner's permission if the villa is cleaned earlier or vacated the previous day. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Villa cleaning, linen change, garden maintenance, and pool maintenance are carried out between these hours.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Our villa is delivered to you meticulously cleaned. General cleaning is done once a week. Extra cleaning requests can be met by villa staff or the villa owner for an additional fee. For rentals of 6 nights or less, an extra cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is charged.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected upon arrival to cover any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be refunded if no problems are found.
Internet: Wireless internet access is available in our villa. Due to the region's internet infrastructure, occasional interruptions may occur. While there are generally no problems with platforms such as email, social media, and news sites, there may be disruptions in activities such as watching movies or downloading files.
General Notes: Although our villas, located in nature, are regularly treated with pest control, you may encounter insects such as butterflies, bugs, and flies.
Daily Pool Maintenance: Our pools are checked and maintained by a staff member every morning between 06:00 and 08:00 to ensure the health of our guests. Garden watering and garbage collection services are also provided during this period. In our villas with heated indoor pools, cleaning is done with an automatic chlorination system. Heated pools are kept between 27-30 degrees Celsius; for your health, this temperature should not exceed 30 degrees.
*Note: The price for a heated pool is 3,000 TL per night. The indoor pool is heated.
