Located in the natural paradise of Sapanca, Marmara, the villa has 4 bedrooms. Our villa has a large garden with 2 acres. Located in an area where you can see all shades of green, our villa has a beautiful view of Lake Sapanca.

Sapanca Lake is 5 km from the villa, 1 km from the center is located. Our villa is located on a wide land, quiet and peaceful environment. The villa, where you will find a holiday away from your family, is sheltered and not visible from the outside. For guests who want to have a holiday in winter, our villa has a fireplace and natural gas heating.

The villa is 11 km from Kartepe Ski Center and 6 km from Maşukiye. Sabiha Gökçen Airport is 98 km away from our villa, which is 2 hours from Istanbul and 3.5 hours from Ankara.

Prices up to 6 people in our villa can be seen on our site. Every person who wants to stay over 6 people can stay for 100 TL per day.

Kitchen: American cuisine; refrigerator, microwave, built-in oven set, 1 set of kettle, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils.
