Villa Sis

Pool dimensions: width: 4 m length: 8 m depth: 1.50 m

The check-in time to our Villas/Apartments is at the earliest 16.00 at the latest at 21.00, and the check-out time is at 10.00. We kindly ask you, our valued guests, to enter and exit the villa at the specified times.

The deposit fee varies between 500 TL and 2000 TL and is taken at the entrance. If there is no damage or loss, it is returned at check-out.

Internet, water, gas, electricity are included in the price. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. The rental villa is delivered clean at the entrance. Extra cleaning, towels, rental car, health and insurance are not included in the price.

In our conservative (with sheltered pool) villas, every precaution is taken to prevent the villa's pool and sunbathing area from being visible from the outside. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the balconies, terraces, upper floor windows, car parking area and some parts of the garden are not 100% visible.

Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. It is uphill to reach the villas and some villas have 300-400 m of stabilized roads.

All of the villas/apartments are sprayed against insects and pests. On the other hand, it cannot be guaranteed that insects and pests do not appear in our villas located in the natural environment.

Only prepayment is taken when notified at least 30 days in advance for cancellation and change. In case of cancellation or change after the specified date, 100% reservation fee will be charged.
